I stopped using my trigger finger some time ago and recently pulled it out again. I'd been using it on another computer before and never had any problems with it (except latency which is why it ended up in the closet).
My trigger Finger is recognized in Audio Midi Setup as well as in Ableton preferences, but it is not sending midi. I don't get confirmation that ableton is receiving midi from trigger finger. I've also tried running it through Snoize midi monitor (where it is recognized), but it also doesn't receive any midi from trigger finger.
I've tried plugging it directly into the computer, running it through a 2.0 hub, a 1.0 hub with the same results for all of them - no midi being sent from the trigger finger. I've also tried all of the above with and without using an AC adaptor for the TF - still, no midi out.
I'm running a Macbook pro 2Ghz, 8gb RAM, OS 10.6.8, ABleton 8.3.3
anybody have any idea what's wrong with this?
