Axiom 61 New Driver, Now MIDI not working?

I installed the Windows 7 64 bit driver from the maudio website.
Before this, Axiom 61 (1st gen) worked fine via USB MIDI or standard MIDI.
After the driver install, USB MIDI still works on my VSTs but standard / traditional MIDI does not.
Other than Glob Channel setting is there something else that needs to be set on the Axiom 61?
I triple checked the MIDI connections.

Any suggestions?
