Brand new Keystation 88es -- C6 not sending MIDI data

Hey guys, I just received my lovely 88es from Musician's Friend today and it was working great this evening until I noticed the C6 key is dead. In Logic Pro it doesn't even show any received MIDI data from that key. I believe that's the only dead key at this time, but this thing is literally like 2 hours played.

The last thing I want to do is return this and order a new one. Is this a known issue? Any quick fixes?

I'm on Mac OSX 10.8 (Mountain Lion)
