creative x-fi xtremegamer & M-Audio Keystation 88 mkII

Hello all.

I am looking at buying my first keyboard/digital piano.

And I have seen the M-Audio Keystation 88 mkII but wanted to check my sound card would be good to run it without any lag.
The creative x-fi xtremegamer.

Also running 64bit windows 7 if that matters.

Also does anyone know good programs that can teach me to play on pc ?
