NO MIDI OUT on Axiom 49

I have been using my axiom 49 as a controller to a motif rack. Now I'm getting no midi out signal.
I tried using with another midi cable, and still not working.

Today i plug my axiom to my macbook, via USB and it works fine with garage band.
I plug it via midi to a midi interface and, get NO SOUND.

I try reseting the axiom 49 by pressing de up down keys while powering up too. and still NO SOUND
I have the MIDI OUT option OFF (DATA 2 DATA 3) so i don't know if theres something I'm missing

please help
