M-Audio keystation mini 32 not working at all

Hi
I recently bought a Keystation mini 32. When I plug it the lights turn on, but windows doesn't recognize it. In the device manager doesn't result any device, and also I cannot find it with Fruity Loops neither.
I have windows 7 home premium with service pack 1.
