Thought I'd post my XML for the Axiom 49 (Gen 1) as I have it working (with the sliders) after many hours trial and error. Link to my blog where the file is kept is below. Apologies if this has been covered off but I couldn't seem to find a working template anywhere, so thought this may help someone.
