Oxygen 61 and 88 one-to-one relationship?

Will the settings I map, store (etc), in Logic 9 and Mainstage while using Oxygen 61, automatically behave the same when I use my Oxygen 88? It seems that, except for a couple things (like 88 has another pedal input) they seem to have the same type and same amount of controllers, sliders, knobs, wheels, etc., so I'm hoping I can use the more portable 61 to work out of the house, but come back and have everything simply work the same on my Oxygen 88.
